I am 13 weeks pregnant and have been using Bragg's apple cider vinegar to help with indigestion for a little over a week now. The Bragg's website states that it is safe to use during pregnancy. I just spoke with a nurse from my doctor's office and she said not to take it anymore, but not to worry. Could I have caused any problems/damage to my pregnancy or baby?

I am experiencing menopause anxiety and have been fretting over HIV. I had unprotected sex with a partner in a stable relationship, but I don't think I put myself at risk. I did two OraQuick oral swab tests, one at 9 weeks and one at 10 weeks, both of which came back negative. I spoke to the Terence Higgins Trust, who told me the 10-week test would set my mind at rest.
