I have had menstrual bleeding for 41 days, with severe heavy bleeding and blood clots, accompanied by stomach pain for the last 10 days. The bleeding is so heavy that a tampon lasts only 2 hours, and sometimes blood pours down my legs when I stand up after sitting. I had blood work and an ultrasound, but nothing was found to be wrong. I can't work due to the severity of the bleeding and pain. What could be causing this and what can I do?
