Why am I having periods for the whole month?

I lost my virginity last night and experienced mild bleeding. This morning the bleeding is still happening. It doesn't hurt when I urinate, and it doesn't hurt at all. My period ended this Wednesday so it can't be that either. Are you using any contraceptives? Has the bleeding been stable or getting worse? Are you using any medications, either for the bleeding or anything else? How old are you? Anything else in your medical history you think the Doctor should know?

I have a sore on my genitals that appeared a week ago, accompanied by a constant burning sensation when I urinate, which lessens when I drink water. I saw a doctor who diagnosed it as herpes, but I am not sexually active and have read that self-infection through masturbation is not possible. Should I get tested for other conditions, and what else could it be?

I have pregnancy symptoms but one at-home test showed a faint line and the second test had no line at all. I am not using any contraceptives and have had unprotected sex every night. My last menstrual period was from July 13th to 15th, and my periods are usually irregular but last about 5 days. What could be the reason for the inconsistent test results, and what should I do next?
