I am 69 years old and finished menopause about 18 years ago. In the last couple of years, I have been experiencing hot flashes, sometimes 3 times a day and sometimes once every 3 weeks. I have had no gynecological surgeries and took replacement hormones for about 8 years. Could I possibly have a gynecological tumor that is producing weird hormones or could it be an adrenal malfunction?

I have a red bumpy rash on my left breast that gets irritated when clothes touch or rub it. I have tried various remedies and consulted my oncologist and GYN, who suggested it might be dermatitis or a fungus. I had an MRI in June that was clear. Could this be a form of inflammatory breast cancer?
