I am taking several medications including Sertraline HCL 100mg, Meloxicam 7.5mg, Bupropion HCL 150mg, Esomeprazole 20mg, Amitriptyline HY 19mg, Cholecalciferol 100IU, Vitalux Healthy eyes 2 a day, and Tylenol for arthritis. I have given birth to three healthy daughters in 1963, 1966, and 1970. What should I do about my uterine prolapse?

I am turning 40 soon and have been experiencing night sweats for about 4 months. This month, my period hasn't come fully, just some spotting.
