I’m experiencing abnormal vaginal discharge with a fishy odor. The discharge is white/yellow and started 3 weeks ago. My last period was a week ago and it comes regularly. I had chlamydia before, treated it, and then had it again. What could be the cause and what should I do?

I’ve had consistent vulva/vaginal pain for the last 2 days. It’s very uncomfortable and hurts when I walk, sit, or use the restroom. The pain is constant and ache-like. I have recently been on antibiotics, which I know can cause a yeast infection, but I haven’t changed soaps recently. Is it possible to have a yeast infection without itching, and if the issue does not resolve through the methods described, is there anything else it could possibly be?
