I am 20 weeks pregnant and had intercourse with two different partners on February 25 and February 28, 2022. I was diagnosed with herpes about 2 years ago and recently had another outbreak after catching COVID-19. I've been taking Valacyclovir 500 MG for two days and applying Acyclovir to the outbreak, but my vaginal area has swollen more. Should I be concerned? Has the swelling been constant or getting worse over time? Is there any pain or tenderness, and is it constant or on-and-off? Are there any other medical conditions the doctor should know about?
