My period is so heavy that it overflows a tampon and a pad within an hour. I'm in another country and don't know what to do. I'm running out of clothes. Are you using any contraceptives? When did your last period begin? Are you using any medications? How old are you? Anything else in your medical history you think the Doctor should know?
