My periods are usually regular, but this month, my period was lighter and lasted longer than usual, from Oct 10 to Oct 17, followed by spotting and renewed bleeding on Oct 21, which continues today. I have no pain except for a persistent headache and fatigue. I have a history of ovarian cysts, one pregnancy with a C-section, and I use a non-hormonal IUD. What could be causing this unusual bleeding pattern?

I am wondering if I'm pregnant. I have the IUD Kyleena, which I've had for 11 months. My last period started on November 8 and lasted until November 14. I'm 18 years old and on 100mg of sertraline.
