My periods for the past three months have only been lasting a day or two. I just found out I have chlamydia and my worry is if this is the reason for my irregular period or can it be something more serious. I am 29, overweight, and experiencing stress. I also have BV besides the chlamydia which I’m being treated for. What could be causing my irregular periods and what tests or examinations should I undergo?

I saw a GYN surgeon in July for possible ovarian cancer. He removed my tubes and at least my right ovary to preserve some hormones since I am 41 years old. I started having pelvic pain last month. A CT scan showed my left ovary or cyst increased in size from 3.9cm to 4cm. A recent ultrasound showed a complex cyst on my left ovary that has grown larger. What exactly is a complex cyst, is it serious, and what treatment might I need, including the possibility of surgery?

I went on the Depo shot on February 3rd, and my boyfriend and I had sex the day after with him ejaculating inside me. My period is now 4 days late. Should I get a pregnancy test, or is my period late because of the Depo shot? Additionally, I have been experiencing mild cramps, nausea, and vomiting, and after having sex, it feels okay but afterwards it burns and hurts.
