I have been experiencing a burning sensation in the vulva region for nearly a year. I have tried antibiotics, pills to renew microflora, and my doctor has ruled out STDs and harmful bacteria. My current doctor suggests it might be overly sensitive nerve endings, but she doesn't know how to help. I am 21 years old, healthy, and recently started using a special intimate soap with tea tree oil. What could be causing this burning sensation, and what can I do to alleviate it?
