My vagina hurts as soon as I pee in the mornings and smells funny at the moment. I have a Merina for a year and have just started a steroid cream for 3 small fissures on the lower part of my vagina. I'm 20 years old and have been using the steroid for 1 week. I also got a Pap smear for the first time last week and have been bleeding since then. I normally don't get my period from the Merina. I'm on micocycle, have been in it for 4 years, and had PID at the start of the year. The gynaecologist might do a biopsy on the skin where my fissures are because it's white and inflamed. I have pain in my uterus and it hurts a lot when I pee, especially in the mornings. What could be causing this pain and what should I do?

I think I may have a vaginal infection. I'm experiencing stinging when I pee, swollen labia minora, itchiness, and unusual discharge. I'm 19 years old, sexually active with two partners in the last 2-3 months, and my last period was January 12-17. I haven't had an STD screening. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?

I'm experiencing irregular periods and took one contraceptive pill in November as a precaution. My last period was on January 19th, and I have been experiencing irregular periods for the past five years. I have not had a pap test recently and do not have a regular doctor. I live in Chicago, Illinois, and have insurance from Ambetter. What could be causing my irregular periods and what steps should I take?

I had a colposcopy a few weeks ago, and the results came back as CIN 3 high-grade lesions with high-risk HPV. They want to do a LEEP on me. Is this the best course of action? How likely am I to get cancer? Will the LEEP get rid of the HPV? How do I know if my husband also has HPV and doesn't just reinfect me later on? Are there any supplements or something we can both try to help get rid of HPV?

I have a lot of discharge throughout my cycle, which is relatively consistent and more during ovulation, but it doesn't really ever stop. The discharge is clear or white-ish with no strong smell. My last period started around 12/30 and lasted about 5 days. My cycle is usually consistent, but I occasionally skip a period or have an unusually long cycle. I am on antidepressants and have not had unprotected sex. Is this something I should get checked by an OB/GYN?

I'm a 26-year-old female with dense breasts and no health conditions. I'm experiencing extreme anxiety about distinguishing normal lumps from concerning ones. I recently found a tube-like structure in one breast that feels like a lump but also like normal tissue. My breasts are naturally lopsided, making comparison difficult. What does a concerning lump feel like, how can I differentiate between normal and concerning lumps in dense breasts, and is a tube-like lump concerning or just normal tissue?
