I’m 7 weeks and 3 days pregnant and experiencing brown discharge. We have been trying to have a baby for 3.5 years and heard and saw the heartbeat at 6 weeks and 5 days. Should I go to the ER? I’m on progesterone vaginally every night at bedtime to prevent miscarriage. I also have PCOS and endometriosis.

I'm a 30-year-old woman with a history of HPV and a LEEP surgery in 2011. I've had abnormal bleeding, foul vaginal discharge, and spotting after my menstrual cycle. I recently started using birth control pills and think I may have had an early miscarriage. My period was 9 days late, and I took a pregnancy test which came back negative. I also have a picture of what appears to be clots. How long have you used birth control pills, when did your last period begin, and is there any other medical history the doctor should know?

I had unprotected sex a couple of days after my period, and the condom broke. I took Plan B right away and experienced light bleeding for five days. I'm now a week late on my period, and my periods are usually irregular. What should I expect regarding my period and pregnancy, and should I take a pregnancy test?
