I haven't had my period since June, with only spotting at the end of July and again around August 12-13. I'm 22 years old, have had unprotected sex using the withdrawal method, and my last menstrual period started around June 20. I've tested negative for pregnancy twice, but I have light abdominal pain and brown spotting. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I am 61 years old and experiencing burning inside the vagina area with one small bump and another farther up. I also have peeling skin or something that looks like that. I am diabetic and had a pap test 10 years ago with no irregularities. I have no periods and no recent vaginal trauma. I started a new job about a year ago where I sit 8-10 hours daily.

I have a small painful bump on my vagina, like on the lip, it's not a pimple, it doesn't have a head. I am 23 years old, had some itchiness around the area starting 24 hours ago, and a few days ago I had UTI symptoms. I've never had a pap test or pelvic exam. Additionally, on Sunday morning I had to go to the toilet to pee about 10 times in one hour and it was very painful with a spot of blood. The last urination it felt like something came out and there was relief, but every time since I need to urinate it hurts at the very end almost like a cramp. A couple days before my period, I get thrush-like symptoms, but not crazy discharge. The area gets super itchy and a little bit of white discharge. I got my period today, the area is still quite itchy. What could these issues be?

I am 14 weeks pregnant and experiencing severe back pain and left side kidney pain that is on and off for the past two days. I have had a clear urine test but still have pain. What could be the cause of this pain, and what tests or treatments might be recommended?

I had unprotected vaginal sex with a partner on December 15th. I experienced symptoms similar to gonorrhea and chlamydia, but tests on January 3rd and January 30th (46 days post-exposure) for HIV and other STDs came back negative. I am concerned about the accuracy of my 6.5-week test results on a First Generation test, whether body chills without fever are a symptom of HIV, and my overall risk level.
