My wife had her polyp removed through hysteroscopy 15 days ago. She's had terrible back pain since then, which seems to be focused on two areas behind her naval line. These are the same spots that hurt her during her periods, but the pain is still lingering. 3 days ago, 12 days after the surgery, she's been bleeding. We have visited the clinic that did her surgery and they prescribed antibiotics. She's been having them for 5 days now, and the back pain hasn't stopped. What could be causing the back pain and bleeding, and what should we do next?

I have been experiencing pressure and achiness in the vaginal area, similar to a urinary tract infection, but all my lab tests are normal. I had a hysterectomy five years ago and recently started taking amlodipine 2.5 for blood pressure. Could there be a connection? What could be causing this pressure, and what should my next steps be? Could a dropped bladder or vaginal prolapse be the cause, and would a physical exam be sufficient to diagnose it? Additionally, could atrophy or dryness be causing the achy pressure feeling, and if it is a prolapse, is surgery necessary, and will it get worse if not corrected?

I had a mid-ultrasound and the OB mentioned an echogenic intracardiac focus in the baby's heart, which sometimes can be associated with Down syndrome, although my cell-free DNA test showed low risk. Additionally, the baby is measuring big, at the 95% rate for 23 weeks, while I am 21 weeks pregnant. The OB suggested this might be related to gestational diabetes and recommended a glucose test after 24 weeks. I am concerned about the possibility of gestational diabetes, the need for increased monitoring, and potential interventions like a c-section. What are your thoughts on these findings and recommendations?
