Can a 50-year-old woman get pregnant if she hasn't had a menstrual cycle in one to two years?

I've been having my period almost every day, and it comes and goes. Could this mean I'm going through early menopause at 35? I'm also experiencing vaginal bleeding, getting hot for no reason, and feeling very moody.

I have yellow, pasty discharge for a week, which I haven't experienced before. I've never had a pap test or pelvic exam. I don't have any abnormal medical history. I was sexually active a week and a half ago. Could this be an STD or just a yeast infection?

I recently got a positive result for chlamydia in my urine sample, but I've had zero symptoms and it's been over 10 years since I've had a different partner (current partner was negative). I've never been concerned about chlamydia before; the testing was done as part of a pre-pregnancy wellness panel. I'm 33 years old, not on any medications, and my cortisol and ANA levels were also high. Should I get retested or get the antibiotics even though I don’t have symptoms?
