My wife is 3 weeks pregnant and has been experiencing bleeding, which has been getting worse. She is 26 years old, has a history of thyroid issues, and previously miscarried. She is taking prenatal tablets but is not using any contraceptives. What could be causing the bleeding, and what should we do?

I have a red bump with pus and a little bit of purple on the left side of my labia. It has grown since Friday and is different from previous red bumps I've had in the past. The bump is not itchy, and I have a Mirena IUD. I have had unprotected sex in November, but not since then. I don't shave or wax, but I trimmed my hair two months ago. I am currently on my period and experiencing vaginal discharge. What could this bump be, and how can I treat it?

I have cramps around my pelvis area, sometimes on my left side or right and sometimes both. I feel nauseous, but I did not vomit even once. I am bloated, but I can't stop eating. I have PCOS. How long have you dealt with the cramps? Have you experienced this in the past? When was your last pap test or pelvic exam? Any irregular results from past exams? Anything else in your medical history you think the Doctor should know?
