My wife, who is 34 and in her second trimester of pregnancy, has developed a brown lump on her breast. The pregnancy has been mostly good, with a rough first trimester but a good second one. She is not using any medications for the lump or otherwise, except for anti-depressants. The lump appeared this morning, is brown, located below the nipples on both breasts, slightly warm, and about an inch in size. There is no discharge, bleeding, or pain, but there is slight redness and yellow crust in the nipple. No lumps under the armpits, no fever, and the breast size is the same. What could this be and what should we do?

I have a strange bump on my vagina that I just noticed this morning. It's a little sore and has a hole like a pore. How large is it, does it look like a blister, and can you describe exactly where it is located? Is it on the skin with hair or more inside the vagina? When you touch it, is it painful? Do you shave the area? Are you sexually active and have you had any recent new partners?

I have a habit of biting my nails and peeling the skin on the top of my fingers, which doesn't bleed. I recently used the same finger to sign on a keypad at a sports bar after someone else had signed. I'm worried that if the previous person had a cut and blood was deposited on the keypad, I might have come into contact with it. I used hydrogen peroxide on my finger, which caused a burning sensation and created a white layer, leading me to fear that I might have had a cut. Am I at risk of contracting something serious like HIV from this interaction?

I seem to get a yeast infection after the first instance of sex with a new partner. For the most recent infection, I took diflucan (2 doses), but after the first dose, the 'chunks' in my discharge were yellow and green. I am still having white (sometimes clear) discharge with greenish chunks in it, but no smell and no irritation. I have tested negative for all STDs. What could this be?

Suddenly my period came 2 weeks early and the flow is abnormally heavy with lots of clots. I am anemic and generally worried that it could have triggered this problem. I am not using any contraceptives, not sexually active, and have not been on any medications. I turned 40 this year and have irregular bowel movements. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I am not on my period pills, but I am having my period. It has been going on for about 9 days. I am using contraceptives (Junel Fe 24) and my last period was about a month and a half ago. I skipped the placebo pills last month. What could be causing this prolonged period and what should I do?
