I have multiple lumps in my outer labia that are not itchy but feel heavy, tender, and sometimes hurt when I sit or walk around. I have no idea what it could be, and I just woke up with it yesterday. The pain has been stable, and it feels like pressing on a bruise but more sensitive. I am not currently using any medications, I am 24 years old, and I have a Mirena IUD that I've had for around 2 years with no previous issues like this.

I have pinkish discharge that isn't my period. It starts 5 or 6 days after my period ends and comes and goes. It's slimy and I can't smell it at the moment. My last period started on November 11 and ended on November 15. My periods are regular, and I've spotted like this in between periods one other time. I've been on blood thinners since August for a pulmonary embolism that has cleared up. I'm 38 years old and not taking any hormone pills. What could be causing this discharge, and what should I do?
