I have not had a period since October 3rd, and my periods have never been regular, always coming 2 or 3 days apart each month but now they have stopped. I am not using any contraceptives or medications, and a pregnancy test in December was negative. What could be causing this and what can I do?

I was applying cream on my body and suddenly started having inner vaginal pain, which feels like a nerve got hurt. The pain is stabbing and sharp, especially when I sit or move. I am 22 years old, a virgin, and recently had a non-sexual encounter with my boyfriend. I have had white discharge for the last 6-8 years. There is no noticeable odor while peeing, but there is a slight smell in my underwear. The discharge is very sticky, and my periods are regular, but I have had very little blood spotting while wiping. My urine tests have been normal, and I am not sexually active.
