I’ve had severe abdominal and lower back pain for a week now, little to no energy, and heavy bleeding. I have had the Kyleena IUD for a year now. Is the back pain constant or does it come and go? I ended my period exactly 2 weeks ago today, and I started my period again this morning. Should I see my doctor? I am not using any contraceptives, my last period began on August 11th, and I am currently taking venlafaxine for depression. I am 27 years old with a history of kidney stones and recurring UTIs. I have been taking venlafaxine for 4 months now without previous issues. My husband and I are trying to conceive, but I haven't taken a pregnancy test yet.
