This week at work, I have been doing a lot of lifting with my left arm. On Wednesday, I woke up with a 'pinching' sensation in my left breast and arm, shoulder, and left side of my upper back ached. The aches have persisted through Thursday, Friday, and today. My left breast feels weird, possibly swollen, and a little tender. I have no rash, lump, change in skin, or 'hotspots'. Should I go to the ER, as getting an appointment at urgent care is impossible due to COVID, and I do not have a primary OB/Gyn at the moment due to an insurance change? I am 46 years old and have been diagnosed with PCOS and prediabetes.

What could be the cause of me having a gush of watery discharge plus pink/bright red blood? I have been on Primolut for 6 months and have had pain and bleeding recently. I stood up and had a gush of water with bright blood, which had a smell. My recent ultrasound showed possible adenomyosis. I also had a complete molar pregnancy in 2018/2019 and have had problems since being on these tablets, including passing a massive amount of tissue about four weeks ago.

My wife has had a Kyleena IUD for 2.5 years with no issues. This last month she has had cramping almost every day, tender breasts, and has been bleeding a small amount every day. She took an at-home pregnancy test, which was negative. Could there be an issue with the IUD? Does she just need to go be examined by her doctor?

I'm 24 years old and 28 weeks pregnant. I've been experiencing intermittent pelvic pressure and pain, especially when standing or walking, which is relieved when I sit. Could this be related to intercourse or pregnancy, and is there anything I can do to alleviate the discomfort?
