I’m taking birth control (Alysena 28) and will have sedation tomorrow. I heard it might reduce the effectiveness of birth control. Do I need to take an extra pill after the surgery and then continue my regular schedule?

I am five weeks and five days pregnant with my second baby and am not feeling any nausea. I remember having nausea during my first pregnancy, but I don't have it this time. I have other symptoms like breast tenderness, occasional back pain, and immense exhaustion, but no nausea. Should I be worried about my lack of morning sickness? I’ve read some studies that suggest a lack of nausea might be correlated with miscarriage. Should I try to contact my OB before my scheduled appointment on 4/20?

I just had my period last week, ending on Thursday, and I am now spotting bright pink. I am not using any contraceptives, and the spotting seems to be getting heavier. I got another period five days after my last period ended. I am not on birth control and have a history of PCOS, a Myometrium fibroid, and had unprotected sex on December 28. I am concerned about the cause of this irregular bleeding and if it could be related to a miscarriage or other medical conditions.

I took Plan B about a week ago and got my period 2 weeks early. How long does this bleeding last, does it mean Plan B didn't work, and should I consider this bleeding as my regular period? Also, should I worry about conceiving after this?
