I am five weeks and five days pregnant with my second baby and am not feeling any nausea. I remember having nausea during my first pregnancy, but I don't have it this time. I just had my period last week, ending on Thursday, and I am now spotting bright pink. I am not using any contraceptives, and the spotting seems to be getting heavier. I had unprotected sex on Sunday, January 15. My periods are generally regular, and I have not taken any emergency contraceptive pills or regular medications. I have light cramps but no significant pain, and no vaginal discharge or blood clots. What could be causing this spotting, and what should I do?
