I had a baby almost 10 weeks ago and started bleeding about a month ago, which I thought was my period. The bleeding has continued for about 3 weeks and is now heavier with fresh blood and cramping. What are the odds of getting pregnant when taking St. John's Wort along with birth control pills? I am taking an estrogen/progesterone combination pill for 6 months and started taking St. John's Wort (700 mg) since July 2 for anxiety and depression. I have had unprotected sex since starting the supplement. When should I take a pregnancy test, and are there any side effects if I am pregnant while taking St. John's Wort?

I've had lower abdominal pain on and off for two days, which has started to get a little worse and more regular. I ate some Thai food and that seemed to set it off again. The pain is achy and feels like I have to hold my abdomen as I walk. I've had a heating pad on for a couple of hours and did exercise this morning, which aggravated it a little. I feel bloated and had a lot of diarrhea yesterday. I took a Covid test and it was negative. Today I haven't really gone to the bathroom yet. What could be causing this pain and what can I do to alleviate it?

Do I have pregnancy symptoms? I've been extremely tired, certain foods make me feel sick, and my last period was on May 3rd, but I had light bleeding recently. I took five pregnancy tests, some were faint positives, and one was negative. I haven't been taking any medications or vitamins, and I don't exercise. I've had unprotected sex in the last month.

I believe I am 3 to 5 weeks pregnant, as per a home test. Over 14 hours ago, my light pink spotting increased to dark red bleeding with small clots, similar to the last 2 days of my period. What is happening to me, and what should I do?
