My bloodwork shows very high levels of hormones including estrogen, testosterone, estrone, and insect binding hormones. I have an appointment with an OB/GYN, but should I also see an internal medicine doctor or an endocrinologist? I have never taken estrogen and my testosterone dosage was very low and discontinued months ago. The estrogen level was confirmed to be over 900.

I am stressing about potentially having an STI and started taking probiotics. Can probiotics mask STI symptoms, or would symptoms still persist as is? I have experienced itching, strange tasting discharge, and some sharp pains below. I am taking Blackmores vaginal flora probiotics for about 2 weeks now, and the itching and stomach pain have gone, but I'm nervous about the discharge. It isn't the same as what it was, and I'm not sure what's normal. The symptoms started about 6-7 weeks after a potential infection. The discharge has a strange taste similar to what it was in the past, and I did a vaginal pH strip which seemed to be around 6. Is this concerning, and should I get tested for STIs?
