What could be the cause of missing a period for 3 months, given that I was on a depot shot birth control from May but haven't used it since, and I am 18 years old?

Will I have to have Mirena coils for the rest of my life, or would it be sufficient to have it just for the 5 years duration? If I have the Mirena coil fitted this year, I will be almost 56 when it is removed. At that point, is the womb lining likely to thicken again, unless I have another coil fitted?

I recently had thyroid (TSH) and hemoglobin tests, both of which were on the lower end of the normal range (1.49 TSH and 12.6 Hemoglobin). I have symptoms of muscle weakness, fatigue, easy bruising, and heavy menstrual bleeding. I have a history of uterine polyps and ovarian cysts, and I have gained weight since 2015. My diet and exercise routine have not significantly changed, and I take prenatal vitamins with iron. What advice can you give me?

I recently found out that I am pregnant. I am almost 12 weeks pregnant and I don’t have a doctor yet. I am not sure if an OB/GYN is the kind of doctor I need for this. What kind of testing would I be looking at at this stage? Am I too late for a first doctor's appointment? I had an ultrasound at a Women’s center when I took the pregnancy test to confirm, but I haven’t had any other tests done. I am not on any medications, besides vitamins since I found out. I am taking a multivitamin and a folate supplement. I exercise 3 to 6 times per week, mainly just walks at this point. Before I found out I was pregnant, I had a few drinks and coffee, and I am worried about what that might mean for the baby.
