I had pinkish-brown spotting a few days ago, and today, after being active with my partner, I bled lightly but it stopped. I am not using any contraceptives or medications. Am I pregnant? My last period began on 19/5/21, and my average menstrual cycle is between 28-31 days. My last unprotected sex was on 2nd June. I am taking medications including pregablin, fluoxetine, quetiapine, lansoprazole, and certrizine. I also have asthma and high blood pressure with an unknown cause.

I have had positive pregnancy tests but haven’t gone to get an ultrasound yet. I just started bleeding and believe I am 5 weeks pregnant. Should I go to the emergency room? The bleeding just started today and I have been nauseous but otherwise fine. I take duloxetine and prenatal vitamins, and exercise 3 times a week.
