Why is my period late, and what could be causing it?

I am having abnormal bleeding and cramping out of the blue with my IUD. I have Kyleena and have had it for 3.5 years. The cramping is localized in my lower back and lower pelvic/belly region, started this morning, and is getting worse over time along with the bleeding. I am 28 years old, currently taking 40mg of Prozac and 150mg of Wellbutrin daily, and recently took Clindamycin and Prednisone for a throat infection. I haven't had a period since 2019 when I first had the IUD inserted. The bleeding is bright red and I am passing large clots. I am 5'4" and around 135lbs.

I've been experiencing symptoms of diabetes and other health issues such as difficulty sleeping, fatigue, fever, ringing in the ears, chest pressure, shortness of breath, discomfort, vomiting, lightheadedness, tingling, and muscle pain. I'm scheduled to see a doctor in person on Monday, but I'm unsure if I should be worried about these symptoms. What should I do?

I stopped my hormonal birth control in December 27 and haven’t had my period since then. I am 32 years old, took Nor-gee for 7 years, and have experienced new irregularity, stress changes, but no weight changes. Sometimes I have lower abdominal pain or cramps. What could be the cause, and what should I do?

I am a 54-year-old menopausal woman experiencing intermittent pain in my right ovary for a day and a half, similar to pain I had in my left ovary last week. I have a history of ovarian cysts as a teen, but no major issues were found in my last ultrasound over 15 years ago. I have not taken any pain medication and have no immediate family history of uterine, ovarian, or bladder cancer. My last pelvic exam was about a year and three months ago, and I have not had any surgeries involving my female organs. I also have asthma and a family history of breast cancer. What could be causing this pain and what should I do?
