I have had Mirena for 2 years. I no longer have periods. Earlier this week I felt like I had cramping. Earlier today I noticed light pink discharge when I wiped. Now it's light brown. Does this mean my IUD failed?

I'm 22 weeks pregnant. Is it normal to have more phlegm than usual? I have to clear my throat quite a bit. No coughing or anything. Sometimes when I sleep it fills my nose but when I wake up it's like it runs down my throat all day into my chest.
