I am on day 13 post embryo transfer and experienced light bleeding and brown discharge on day 9 and 11. My beta hCG blood test results were 507 on day 10 and 1230 on day 12. Is something wrong? Why am I bleeding or getting this brown discharge? Should I continue taking Clexane injections, and will it affect my pregnancy or cause complications? Should I repeat my blood tests every 48 hours until my scan date in two weeks to check if my hCG levels are doubling well due to the bleeding I had?

I have really painful bumps on my vagina that make it difficult to sit, walk, and use the restroom. There is a lot of foul-smelling discharge and itching.
