I have various cuts on my vagina from shaving and sex, causing excruciating pain for the last 4 days. I've been cleaning it at least 4 times a day with warm water and a pH-balanced soap, but it seems infected. I'm 27 years old, and I've never had a pap test or pelvic exam. I'm experiencing discharge with odor, slight bleeding, and possibly some pus. What should I do to treat the infection and prevent further complications?

My left ovary feels swollen and it hurts a lot. It feels like it’s transferring to the right sometimes too. My legs feel kinda numb, I’m nauseous and I have a bit of a fever. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?

I took Plan B on November 8, and I am on birth control. However, that week was my placebo week, and my period did not come until the end of that week. Since then, I have been experiencing light, semi-bleeding almost like a discharge combined with blood. Is this normal?

I am 4 weeks and 2 days pregnant. Today, I had some very light pink spotting, then very light brown spotting (each time not much at all), but I can't help but freak out a little because I had a missed miscarriage at 11 weeks in the past. I'm so scared. If I go to the ER, could they make sure everything is good? Should I go in?

I have had what I thought was a UTI for approximately 3 weeks now. I have been taking pain killers and cranberry supplements to try ease it, however, it has gotten progressively worse. I constantly feel the need to pee and there are sharp pains. I got my period this morning and it has gotten worse again since. I don’t know if you can help me, would appreciate any advice if you can. Are you using any contraceptives? When did your last period begin? When was your last pap test, and what were the results? Any swelling, discoloration, or unusual smells? Anything else in your medical history you think the Doctor should know?
