I have a small, pea-sized lump on my outer labia that is just below the surface of the skin. It feels hard but doesn't hurt unless I squeeze it. I noticed it two nights ago and it hasn't grown or changed in size. I'm concerned because I have no insurance and can't afford a doctor visit. What could this lump be, and how long should I wait before seeking medical attention if it doesn't go away?

I am 23 weeks pregnant and have noticed brown discharge mixed with my usual light yellowish/white discharge. I have not experienced any pain or discomfort and the baby is still moving.
