How serious is spotting after 79? I have been dealing with it for about 2 weeks, initially just a little and now getting worse. There is occasional bright blood, but not heavy bleeding yet. I feel tired, worn out, and have low energy. I am on Progesterone 100mg and Estradiol 1mg. I recently had a steroid shot and a z-pack for a rash on my back, and I have allergies causing a runny nose and dry eyes. Additionally, I am feeling depressed and stressed due to my boyfriend's behavior.

I just finished my period last week. Now I’m having cramping, nausea, and my nipples are sensitive. Is this normal ovulation? My period was lighter than usual, and I felt very dry when putting in a tampon. My last period started the Sunday before last and usually comes regularly, but it was a week early. I am on the birth control patch, but I take a medication for bipolar disorder that weakens it. I had a baby in September 2019, have had past problems with endometriosis and cryotherapy, and had an ovarian cyst rupture in 2016.

I experience a lot of pain during vaginal penetration. At first, I thought it was because I was a virgin, but it still felt the same after several attempts. The pain usually starts at the beginning of penetration and sometimes fades after several minutes. What is the problem? Why do I experience so much pain?
