I have pain in my testicle after having sex, and a test revealed that 75% of my spermatozoids are dead. The pain started years ago and occurs after sex. It is sharp in nature. I am not on any medications and I am 43 years old. Is there any swelling, cord-like structure, or pain during urination? Are you running any temperature?

I had sex 3 weeks ago using a condom both times. My period is 8 days late, but I have had irregular periods my whole life.
