I have concerns about my period. The number of days has increased from 3 to 7 days over the past few months, and there is more spotting between periods. I also experience severe cramping. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I have noticed within the past few days that it was painful when I would wipe, and today I felt a swollen spot on the left side of my vulva. The pain is not constant but is stabbing and extremely painful if I touch or wipe that area. I'm 26 years old and currently taking Lexapro, Buspar, Seroquel, Vistiril, Topamax, and Trazadone. My last check-up revealed some abnormal cells in the lining of my cervix, but they were not cancerous. What could this swollen spot be, and what should I do about it?

I have pain in my testicle after having sex, and a test revealed that 75% of my spermatozoids are dead. The pain started years ago and occurs after sex. It is sharp in nature. I am not on any medications and I am 43 years old. Is there any swelling, cord-like structure, or pain during urination? Are you running any temperature?

I had sex 3 weeks ago using a condom both times. My period is 8 days late, but I have had irregular periods my whole life. I started birth control 4 or 5 years ago and decided to get off of it 2 months ago. I am mostly worried about pregnancy, but also wondering why my period is not starting if I am not pregnant. My family has a history of thyroid problems, could this be a sign that my thyroid is messing up?

Is it normal to have a lighter menstrual period, with the heaviest flow on the first two days and then gradually getting lighter from the third day? I've had this pattern for about a decade, and it hasn't changed. Should I be concerned about this, or is it typical for the average female period?
