I have large uterine fibroids causing discomfort, especially when I bend over, and I was told I have a cystocele and rectocele, though I don't have bothersome symptoms. My doctor suggested a hysterectomy, but I'm concerned about the possibility of the cystocele and rectocele worsening and needing a separate operation. Is it normal to do two operations, and can the doctor assess and potentially repair the cystocele and rectocele during the hysterectomy?

I have been experiencing continuous bleeding since June 6th, 2019, after having an IUD inserted. I have seen multiple specialists, undergone a laparoscopic procedure and DNC to treat endometriosis and PCOS, and have been hospitalized for blood loss. Despite these treatments, my period has not stopped, and my quality of life has significantly declined. My current OB/GYN is highly regarded, but she is unsure of the cause. Should I consult a different specialist, and is there a diagnosis we might have overlooked?

I have multiple ingrown hairs that have been causing pain, irritation, and bleeding for three weeks. I've tried various treatments like warm compresses, Neil Sporn ointment, and antibacterial body wash, but they haven't improved. I'm currently on antibiotics for gum issues, but I'm unsure if they are helping or hurting the ingrown hair situation.
