I had an ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound that showed a markedly fluid-filled and distended endometrial cavity, possibly due to cervical stenosis or other etiologies, and uterine fibroids. I am scheduled for an MRI and a GYN appointment. What could be causing the fluid, and what are the treatment options?

Years ago, I had an emergency D&C and believe the doctor who performed it may have caused issues. I no longer have regular periods; they can be absent for years, but when I do have them, they last for a month or more. I am not using any contraceptives and am concerned about my fertility. What could be causing this and what tests or treatments are available?

I am 8 weeks and 5 days pregnant. I was prescribed Cephalexin 500mg four times a day for a UTI or some bacteria found in my urine. I took the medication as prescribed, but I still feel symptoms like mild bladder burning or cramping, occasional itching, and seeing little white stuff floating in my urine. I took another test and was told it's negative for a UTI. What should I do if I'm still feeling symptoms, but my urine test comes back negative for a UTI? I'm worried about the baby and this is my first pregnancy.

I have been having extremely irregular cycles. I have taken multiple pregnancy tests and they are all negative. I had a blood test/pap smear just last year and everything was fine. I have not had my period now going on two months. I am not using any contraceptives. My last period was May 1-6th. I had a pap test in November 2019 and everything came back normal. I did have an abortion in 2013. I am 25 years old and have been having irregular cycles for the past couple of years. My cycles have been as follows: Jan 22-27, 2018; March 2-7, 2018/ March 18-22, 2018; April 19-24 2018; May 21-25, 2018; June 28-July3, 2018; September 12-17 2018; October 23-28 2018; April 21-25, 2019; December 27- Jan 2, 2020; February 28- March 4, 2020; April 5-10, 2020; May 1-6, 2020. I am 5'3" and weigh 218 lbs. I have no issues with acne or facial hair.
