Why am I spotting and bleeding after ovulation? I'm 21 years old, my last period was June 15-20th, and I started spotting on July 11th. I have gained some weight recently but no significant stress. The bleeding was somewhat heavy for two days but only when I wiped, and it went from spotting to bleeding back to spotting in the same day. I also experienced breast tenderness and light cramping on the left side. I was hoping to be pregnant as that is my goal, but this bleeding happened four days after ovulation. Could this be implantation bleeding, and if so, what symptoms should I expect? Also, can implantation bleeding pass clots, and if I'm experiencing hormonal imbalance, can I still be pregnant?

I am pregnant and experiencing genital irritation. I have tested negative for yeast and bacterial vaginosis. The irritation started at 20 weeks, and I am currently 38 weeks pregnant. I have used Monistat and antibiotics. My vaginal pH is almost 5. Is this normal during pregnancy, and will the irritation resolve after delivery?

I have an ultrasound report but I'm not able to see what's in there. I'm 20 years old and this concern has been ongoing for 2 months. I haven't used any medications and there's nothing else in my medical history that the doctor should know. I also did a blood test because I haven't had my period for 2 months, and it came back normal. I also took a pregnancy test kit, which was negative. What should I do?
