Is it safe to use external menthol patches/creams at the end of the 3rd trimester for low back pain?

I am experiencing a late period and a negative pregnancy test. I had two periods in April, one starting on the 12th and the other on the 23rd. My periods are usually 27-35 days apart. I took a pregnancy test on Saturday and am not trying to conceive. I have used Plan B multiple times in the last month and have been experiencing cramps and PMS-like symptoms. My discharge was brown yesterday but I have not bled yet. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My period has always been very regular, but since starting Mounjaro and experiencing rapid weight loss, I've had my period for 12 days with heavy flow, which is unusual for me. Is this normal due to the medication or weight loss, and what can I do to stop this prolonged period?
