I have a scratch or cut on the wall of my vagina that causes severe burning when I urinate and wipe. I am unable to see the exact nature of the scratch due to its location. Should I be worried, and is there anything I can do to alleviate the burning and prevent it from recurring?

I recently had a transvaginal sonogram and a thyroid sonogram, both of which showed normal results. My doctor has requested lab work to check my hormone levels due to slight bleeding and pelvic discomfort between my periods. Could this be related to my hormones? I'm very worried about what this could be.

Yesterday, I had an ultrasound which showed a 5w6d heartbeat (104), but during the ultrasound I was experiencing clear signs of miscarriage. Doc thinks the second embryo was miscarrying, though a vaginal exam shows a closed cervix. What's the risk/likelihood of the remaining embryo miscarrying? (Still have some bleeding today but very light compared to yesterday)
