I have been experiencing slightly green discharge and itchiness, and my period hasn't come in 2 months. All pregnancy tests have come back negative. The discharge is sometimes white, sometimes green, and has a slimy texture with no noticeable odor. My last period was in February 2022, and I got off my birth control (Vienva) at the same time. What is the cause of my clear watery discharge and pelvic pain, which has been ongoing for several months despite being diagnosed with an infection in my uterus, having negative STD and BV tests, completing a course of doxycycline, and having my IUD removed? My PAP and speculoscopy were normal, and ultrasound showed harmless ovarian cysts and a small fibroid. The discharge and pain were initially related to my menstrual cycle but now occur throughout the month and are never bloody.

What’s a good medicine or input for vaginal wetness? I am 34 years old and have experienced this issue for a year since stopping birth control. I currently take topamax, flecainide, and Vitamin D. There are no consistent vaginal discharge, odor, pain, or burning sensations, but the wetness during intercourse is more annoying than anything.
