I am already on a payment plan with the IRS of $205 per month for a tax debt of $4,203.00 for the year 2011. I also owe $17,122.00 for 2013 and $9,213.00 for 2014. What do I need to do to increase my monthly payment or consider a tax consolidator?

If I separate from my company after turning 55 and withdraw funds from my 401k without penalty, and then later, before age 59-1/2, return to work for the same company as a part-time or temporary worker (rehired retiree) not eligible for 401k or other benefits, am I eligible to continue withdrawing from my 401k while employed there, and if so, would there be a 10% penalty on either the previous amount I'd withdrawn, or the amount I withdrew as a rehired retiree?
