I cannot find my 5-digit final number to submit my taxes. I need a copy of my 2021 tax return. Which form do I need to retrieve, and is there anything else the accountant should know before connecting?

I have had the disability tax credit in previous years. I have the completed form T2201 done by my physician in 2021 to continue my tax credit, but had not submitted it for the tax credit starting in 2022. I priority mailed the T2201 renewal documents to Sudbury for the 2022 tax year and ongoing. Can I complete my taxes without receiving formal approval yet, and claim the disability tax credit pending approval?

If I live in New York but register an LLC in another state and it operates there, how do I pay taxes on business profits between the two states? What if the LLC generates income from multiple other states, do I pay taxes for each state and then also to New York where I am not generating any income?
