I make $65,000 a year, my wife doesn't work, and we have three children, one of whom was born this year. I currently average about $5,500 back on my taxes due to the high amount of interest I pay on my mortgage. I want more money on my paycheck every two weeks instead of getting a big tax return. How can I adjust my W-4 allowances to achieve this?

I had a DBA and a single 401k and borrowed money. The DBA is no longer and it is time to requalify for the single 401k. Can I form an LLC and transfer the single 401k so it allows me more time to pay the money back and avoid the taxes?

I am required by the IRS to file a form 433f for collection purposes for taxes from pre-2007. I was single until Feb. of 2007. I was married in Feb. 2007 and will be filing as "married but filing separately" for 2007 taxes. Do I have to provide my spouse's information, payroll stubs, credit cards, and debts on the Form 433F, if she was not a party to the pre-2007 taxes? Does this make her wages/debts subject to inclusion in the calculation of the amount that IRS will bill to recover my back taxes?

If my itemized deductions were larger than my income, as shown on line 38 of my tax return, do I only get back what I have paid in? Why do some single women with kids, receiving child support, etc., get back more than they paid in?
