For 2016, I had a large federal refund and didn't owe anything or have a California state refund coming, so I didn't pay TurboTax to prepare/file my state return. I forgot to file it manually. What do I have to do now, and are there any possible penalties? I am planning to file my 2017 returns and am getting a large state refund. Please advise.
