Good Morning again Lev, Looks like this eMailing through "Just Answer" site is not working out. We seem to be talking in circles and making no progress; a lot of time has been wasted. So I will just go it alone. As for the $52 dollar fee charged yesterday to AmEx account for phone call on this matter, I will contact AmEx to request they not process that payment.
