I need help with EV tax qualification. I am located in Washington DC, own property in DC, MD, and VA, am 36 years old, recently married, and made $137k gross this year. I am in the US on a G4 visa, and my wife is American. I don’t pay income tax, but my wife does. We are a new LLC treated as a 50/50 partnership for this year. We are looking to take a distribution of about $15K each, but we only contributed $2500 each to start the business.
