I need a replacement social security card. I applied for it at the social security office in Port Arthur, TX, and have tried logging into my account but forgot my answers. I have access to the email associated with the account. I went to get my income tax done and they needed my original card.

Need assistance in preparing IRS Form W-4P. I am trying to get $422.17 taken out of an annuity monthly. If I check the single box, does that trigger a specific amount of Federal Tax taken out? If I go to Step 4 (c) Extra Withholding, is this amount in addition to the amount triggered by checking the single box?

I have a 3-member LLC with K1 distributions to each partner. The partners paid themselves a fixed amount biweekly throughout the year. What are the implications on the recipient side as far as guaranteed payments vs K1 distributions? In other words, what is the most advantageous way for these partners to receive their income, full K1 distributions or guaranteed payments and some K1 distributions?
