I am a dual citizen of the USA and Canada. I own all the shares of an incorporated Alberta company. A large US firm wants my company to fill out a W9 form to become a vendor. Do I fill out a W8 or use my personal SSN? No part of my company resides in the USA, and I have never lived in the USA.

I have an LLC that is the holding company of another LLC. The second LLC owns income-generating real estate and passes the income to the holding company, from which I withdraw funds. How do I file my taxes to maintain pass-through benefits (no social security or medicare taxes) as if the real estate was in my name personally?
