I am a dual citizen (US and Argentina) with a disability and my wife has an internet business based in the US. We want to move to Argentina but are worried about paying double taxes. Could you tell me if I would be subject to double taxation and if there are any ways to avoid it?

I am a 1040 filer (married filing single) and received IRS correspondence relating to my 2020 Form 1040. I received a CP2000 notice from the IRS and responded via fax stating I do not agree with the changes, but never received a response. I then received a CP3219A notice, which also allowed me to resolve the matter via fax, but again, I have not received a response. The CP3219A notice also provides a deadline to challenge the determination in U.S. Tax Court. Should I attempt to contact the IRS to check the status of my responses, send another response via US Postal Service, continue to work with the IRS after the U.S. Tax Court petition date has passed, and quantify the risks?
