Why are S Corporations better than LLCs, and can an LLC elect to be taxed as an S Corporation when filing taxes? Isn't it significantly cheaper to just elect an LLC as an S Corporation?

How can I talk to an agent in the fraud department every time I call the number provided in the letter, as I keep encountering issues where no one is available to speak to me and I am told to call back later? Additionally, I received a letter stating that my claim of identity theft has been verified, and my brother has claimed me as a dependent, sending me money every month. I am now 85 years old and live on Social Security.
